Violet Harrigan
Pain Relief Specialist & Licensed Massage Therapist

About Me

I am a 2007 graduate of Atlanta School of Massage in Atlanta, Georgia with credentials in Therapeutic Massages and Spa Treatments.  As an Independent Contractor in Atlanta, I worked in the chiropractic and spa industries.   My specialty was and still is having the skills and ability to relieve clients' muscle tension and neck, shoulders and back pain.   Other services of applications were Swedish Massage,  Pregnancy Massage, Sports Therapy, Chair Massage, Body Scrubs, and Body Wraps.

The relocation to the Golden Isles was an extension of my previous worked, so I continued in the same path with chiropractic and spas industries in the area.  Clientele required treatments for chronic pain in neck, shoulders, back as well as tension in hips, upper and lower extremities.

During that time, a therapist presented an opportunity to me to become an entrepreneur.  With some hesitation and excitement, I followed my heart and established my massage business on St Simons Island, Georgia.   Additional education has allowed me to extend my practice as a Pain Relief Specialist and an LMT.  Chronic and acute pain suffers have benefited from my pain relief services.  In addition to the muscle pain relief or muscle stiffness, clients' benefit from increasing their mobilities for better movements, improving their daily routine functions so they can enjoy their regular activities with friends and family, and experiencing better night's rest.

Prior to my passionate massage career, my caring nature took me on the path of employment with The State of Georgia, Rehabilitation Department. The focus was on people with "hidden disabilities".  As a Veteran of the US Armed Forces and now a civilian, the reality is that we may all have some form of hidden disabilities.  I appreciate the health benefits, various applications, and the positive results of therapeutic treatments.    Therefore, it  was my pleasure to serve my country while in the Armed Forces, and now it is my pleasure to serve you and my veteran family.  I look forward to seeing you soon.
